Headspace Gas Analyzer – C650H

The Labthink C650H Headspace Gas Analyzer accurately determines the oxygen content and, with the optional sensor, the carbon dioxide content inside pouches, bottles, cans and other sealed packages.

The instrument extracts a small sample of the gas inside the package using a vacuum pump and directs it to its sensors. The results allow verification of modified atmosphere packaging conditions, product quality control and adjustments to production processes.

Applications

Suitable for determining oxygen and carbon dioxide content in bags and packaging for coffee, cheese, milk powder, bread, prepared foods, pharmaceuticals and other products packaged in a modified atmosphere.

It can also be used with bottles, cans, Tetra Pak cartons, rigid containers, beverage packaging and ampoules.

The C650H Headspace Gas Analyzer can be used in laboratories, production lines and warehouses to quickly check the gas composition inside the package and verify the stability of the packaging process.

Configuration

The standard configuration includes the instrument, microprinter, sampling needle, filter and sealing gasket. The carbon dioxide sensor, software, communication cable and accessories for rigid packaging are supplied as options.
