Brookfield PFT Powder Flow Tester

The Brookfield PFT Powder Flow Tester evaluates the behavior of powders during storage, transportation and discharge. It helps identify flowability problems that can cause blockages, production variations and downtime.

The instrument determines properties such as flow function, bulk density, wall friction, flow index, compressibility and the dimensions of potential blockages. It also provides information to optimize hopper design and improve process consistency.

The PFT includes Powder Flow Pro software, which simplifies test setup, result analysis and report generation. Data can also be exported directly to Excel.
