Brookfield CTX Texture Analyzer

The Brookfield CTX Texture Analyzer performs precise compression and tension tests to evaluate the physical properties of foods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, packaging, adhesives and other materials.

Its interchangeable load cells, with capacities ranging from 100 g to 100 kg, allow testing everything from delicate samples to materials requiring high forces. Its adjustable speed and high data capture rate facilitate the detection of rapid changes such as fracture, crispness, adhesiveness and yield stress.

The CTX can operate as a standalone instrument through its touchscreen or connect to the optional Texture Pro software to create custom methods, compare tests, analyze results and generate reports.
