Digi test II – Universal Hardness Tester

The Bareiss digi test II is a modular universal hardness tester designed to measure the hardness of elastomers, rubber, plastics, foams, flexible materials and composites. It supports different Shore, IRHD and VLRH methods using interchangeable measuring units.

Measurements are performed automatically, reducing operator influence. The instrument recognizes the installed measuring unit, selects the corresponding method and guides the user through the test.

Its design allows testing of flat, inclined, concave or convex samples, as well as molded parts, sheets and O-rings. Results can be transferred via USB and managed through the BareissOne platform.
