Heat Seal Tester – HST-H3

The Labthink HST-H3 is a laboratory heat seal tester designed to determine the optimal temperature, pressure and contact time conditions for heat-sealable films and packaging materials.

Its independently controlled jaw system allows sealing conditions to be reproduced accurately and uniformly. This facilitates the selection of suitable parameters for production, quality control, and research and development.

Applications

Suitable for plastic films, composite films, coextruded materials, metallized films, aluminum sheets and laminates used in flexible packaging.

With special configurations, it also allows testing of cup lids, flexible plastic tubes and materials with smooth or textured sealing surfaces.
