Automatic Thickness Tester – C640H

The Labthink C640H Automatic Thickness Tester is a high-precision instrument designed to determine the thickness of films, sheets, paper, cardboard, textiles, nonwoven materials and other materials using the mechanical contact method.

Its high-precision displacement sensor and automatic lowering of the measuring foot reduce operator intervention and improve the stability, accuracy and repeatability of results. It can operate in manual or automatic mode and incorporate an optional feeder for consecutive measurements at different points on the sample.

Applications

Suitable for measuring the thickness of plastic films, sheets, membranes, paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, composite materials, metal sheets and silicon wafers.

It also allows testing of woven textiles, knitted fabrics, coated fabrics, nonwoven materials, diapers, sanitary products, medical masks, adhesive tapes, rubbers and solid insulating materials.
