Package Leak Tester – MFY-01

The Labthink MFY-01 Package Leak Tester is designed to detect leaks and evaluate the seal integrity of containers used in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical and medical device industries.

Testing is performed by immersing the sample in water inside a vacuum chamber. The pressure difference between the inside and outside of the package allows potential leaks to be identified through the continuous appearance of bubbles. It can also be used to check sealing performance after drop or compression tests.

Applications

Suitable for evaluating bags, sachets, flexible packaging, bottles, jars, cans, tubes, boxes and containers made of plastic, glass, metal, paper or composite materials.

It also allows checking the integrity of packaging for food, medicines, cosmetics, chemicals, medical devices, electronic components and other industrial products.

The MFY-01 Package Leak Tester can be used to verify seal quality after drop, compression, transport or storage tests.
