Eso es suficiente para muchos controles rutinarios. El problema aparece cuando el material cambia su comportamiento con la cizalla, el tiempo, la temperatura o la estructura interna (tixotrop\u00eda, asentamiento, elasticidad). En esos casos, un solo valor puede esconder lo que realmente est\u00e1 pasando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ah\u00ed es donde el <strong>rheometer<\/strong> aporta ventaja: no solo mide viscosidad; puede caracterizar c\u00f3mo responde el material frente a diferentes condiciones (por ejemplo, elasticidad y propiedades din\u00e1micas, adem\u00e1s de la relaci\u00f3n esfuerzo\u2013deformaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el m\u00e9todo). Esto es clave cuando necesitas predecir desempe\u00f1o real: <strong>nivelaci\u00f3n, sagging, bombeabilidad, estabilidad, textura o sensaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regla r\u00e1pida para decidir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si tu objetivo es un control simple de especificaci\u00f3n y el material es relativamente estable \u2192 <strong>viscos\u00edmetro<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si necesitas entender \u201cpor qu\u00e9\u201d se comporta distinto en proceso\/uso (y evitar ensayo\u2013error) \u2192 <strong>rheometer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>f your product behaves differently depending on speed, stress or time, a single viscosity value is not enough.
